2-day On-Camera Intensive
We are more than thrilled to announce that acclaimed acting coach Anthony Meindl once again will conduct a 2-day Acting masterclass with us. His work is revolutionary in helping actors understand how to use themselves, start having fun again, getting rid of the inner critic and stop overthinking if you're doing something "right."
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
In this 2-day On-Camera Intensive, you will learn the art of great, freeing, bad-ass self taping. Get Casting Directors to watch more than 15 seconds of your tape. Start seeing yourself in the Lead Role and not just in the bit parts. Learn the Art of Self-Tapes and what makes your tape stand out. Especially in the American market.
In this intensive, you will work on your audition and self-tape skills through on-camera work. Participants will submit a self tape prior to the intensive based on material provided that will be utilized during Day 1. Day 2 will be on-camera work with material that is also provided.
Observer

Anthony has worked with everyone from 2-Time Golden Globe Nominee, Shailene Woodley, BAFTA Nominee Daryl McCormack, Grammy Winner, Camila Cabello, Pop Sensation, Suki Waterhouse, Bridgerton stand-outs Phoebe Dynevor and Simone Ashley, Ginny & Georgia's Brianne Howey, Pom Klementieff (Mission Impossible) and hundreds of others.
Tony is known for getting actors out of their heads, trusting themselves and no longer second-guessing the "right" way of doing something. His work has led actors to become free and spontaneous and in-the-moment in revolutionary ways. His Art of Acting has less to do with how well you memorize and construct an "idea" of something, but more about the radical act of self-acceptance and surrender, bravery and intuition in a process that is supposed to be fun, freeing and empowering -- but sadly, most actors have been taught to over-analyze and overthink everything. Get out of your head and into your body.
Tony's first feature as a writer/director -- Where We Go From Here -- was sold to HULU in 2020. He also just finished his second feature last year that filmed in Greece, India, Canada, Taiwan, Namibia and South Africa and is a collection of love stories that culminate in a climate crisis. It stars Shadow & Bone's Amita Suman and Sonia Yuan (from last year's Academy Award-winning Film, Drive My Car.)
