Tiziana Fracchiolla
Background
Tiziana Fracchiolla is Italian born and raised in South Africa. She was based in London for 8 years before moving to live and work in Copenhagen in 2008.
Tiziana graduated from the african and contemporary dance programme at the Tswane University of Technology (Pretoria Technikon) in South Africa.
She is able to draw from a versatile 19-year career as a professional dance artist, guest teacher and choreographer working in various parts of Africa, Australia, Europe and Japan.
As a professional dancer Tiziana has worked with the State Theatre Dance Company (SA) Phoenix Dance Theatre (UK) Danish Dance Theatre and Mute Comp Physical Theatre (DK). As well as performing works by various choreographers, some of which include; Ohad Naharin, Itzik Galili, Robert Battle, Aleksi Ratmansky and Moses Pendleton.
Tiziana has been teaching at the dance and choreography programme at Den Danske Scenekunstskole since August 2015.
