Application
Applications for EVU's courses are binding.
admission
When you apply for a course, you are not automatically enrolled. Approximately two weeks after the registration deadline, applicants are informed whether or not they have been enrolled in the course.
Note that the application deadline differs from course to course.
Selection of the participants, which is carried out by EVU and the tutor, will be based on consideration of ideal group make up, including qualifications.

If your application is approved, you will receive an e-mail with a link that directs you to a payment site. The payment deadline is 7 days. You can use the following credit cards:

PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION
Cancellation must always be submitted in writing course coordinator Stine Marcher, international course coordinator Maj-Britt Mathiesen or via the EVU website. Cancellation is free of charge until 4 weeks before the start of the course. If the cancellation is made within 4 weeks before the start of the course, the full amount will be due.
If you register for a course less than 4 weeks before the start of the course, cancellation can be made free of charge if cancel within 48 hours of receiving the e-mail about admission.
By admission to a course less than 1 week before the start of the course, no cancellation can be made free of charge and the full amount is due regardless of participation.
NOTE! The cancellation terms may vary for certain courses - in this case, it will be stated in the mail from us confirming admission to the course.
Participation requires full attendance in the entirety of the course. If you are absent on the first day of the course, your absence will be regarded as a cancellation. The entire fee will be charged but you will not be able to participate in the course. However, you are welcome to attend the course as an observer.
You can not attend a course if your payment has not been received before course start, but you will still be liable for the full amount. It is the applicant's own responsibility to submit a cancellation in due time.
CHANGES
EVU reserves the right to make changes concerning time, location, cost, tutors, application deadlines, and content of the courses.
SCHOOL CANCELLATION
EVU reserves the right to cancel a course if there are not enough qualified applicants.
If a course is cancelled, EVU will not be able to reimburse participants for their travelling expenses or other such expenses.
