International relations
The Danish National School of Performing Arts (DASPA) is home to a diverse and international learning environment where both students and staff are part of a global artistic study and research field.
The school is committed to providing opportunities for staff and students to achieve international experiences, as well as to being the best possible host for exchange students and visiting colleagues from abroad.
DASPA participates in two major international cooperation programmes: Nordplus and Erasmus+. Through these programmes, students and staff can receive scholarships for international exchanges, internships or collaborative projects with colleagues and/or fellow students abroad.
DASPA has inter-institutional agreements with more than 60 higher artistic educations within Europe and is a driving participant in several international networks.
Students and employees of the school can find information on study abroad and funding opportunities on the school's intranet.
Due to the introduction of boards of directors in all artistic education programmes under the Ministry of Culture in Denmark, a one-year agreement for 2023 is currently being prepared, in the transition year between the two framework agreement periods (2019-2022 and 2024-2027). The overall framework, values and focus areas for the international work, described in the strategy for 2019-2022, remain valid in 2023.
