There are many ways to work in theatre, musical theatre, and dance. At The Danish National School of Performing Arts, we offer programmes for those who want to develop, stage and produce performing arts, as well as for those who dream of performing on stage. 

ADMISSION TO INTERNATIONAL DANCE PROGRAMMES IN 2026

Master's programmes

You can no longer apply for the Master's programmes. The application deadline was 2 March.

The entrance exams will take place:

  • Dance and Participation: 11-12 April 2026
  • Choreography: 23-24th of April 2026

Bachelor's programmes

You can no longer apply for the bachelor's programmes. The application deadline was 1 December.

In 2026, The Danish National School of Performing Arts will admit 10 to 14 students into the Bachelor’s Programme in Dance and Choreography in Holstebro.

The application portal was open from 1 October to 1 December 2025.
Admission is based on an audition.

ADMISSION TO DANISH-LANGUAGE BACHELOR PROGRAMMES IN 2026

The Danish-language bachelor programmes were open for applications from 1 October to 1 December 2025. The entrance exams take place in December 2025 through April 2026.
