The Palm of Your Hand #3
For their first-year performance, the students of the BA in Dance and Choreography have collaborated with choreographer Vera Tussing on this reiteration of "The Palm of Your Hand".
This is a dance of touch. The work exists in the active, tactile, engaged negotiation between performer and audience - in their tacit agreement and understanding. Arranged in an ellipse, the audience themselves form the bounds of the theatrical space. This is a journey that, by definition, performer and audience discover and create together.
For this iteration, Vera Tussing is restaging The Palm of Your Hand #3 for the first year BA Dance and Choreography students situated in Copenhagen, at the København Danser Studios.

- Standing for up to one hour is part of the performance experience. Audience members are therefore expected to stand; however, seating is available for those who need it, including wheelchair users. Not suitable for children under 5.
- This performance involves some touch - usually just The Palm of Your Hand. All encounters of direct body to body physical touch in this show are voluntary and always up for negotiation.
