You need to fill out an online application form on the application portal of DASPA. The application portal will be available once we open up for receiving applications – you can find more information on this matter when you read about each study programme.
The main teaching language on DASPA is Danish. However, you will have teachers from abroad during the programme and they will be teaching in English. On the study programme, Dance and Choreography, all teaching is in English since about half of the students enrolled in the programme are from abroad.
DASPA has an administrative registration fee. The amount of money depends on which study programme or specialisation you apply for.
The study programmes at DASPA are free of charge for all EU-citizens. However, you will be charged a fee for the Danish copyright organization that covers the whole study programme. This fee needs to be payed prior to the beginning of the study programme.
Students from countries that are not members of the EU of EEA will have to pay a tuition fee. The current tuition fee is 10300 EUR pr. semester.
Being a student at all full-time study programmes at DASPA entitles you to receive SU. Normally you must be a Danish citizen to receive SU, however, if you are a foreign citizen, you have the possibility of applying for equal status with Danish citizens and thus being approved to receive SU.
For further information, please visit www.su.dk.
Diploma students are not entitled to receive SU.
You can read more about the requirements on the application instructions that each study programme and/or specialisation offers.
Everyone can apply, regardless of age.
Visits are typically possible in October just after admissions open. Current events can always be found in the calendar.
No. Once the application deadline has expired, we close the application portal and therefore late applications will not be considered.
No, unfortunately it is not possible to apply in the midst of an ongoing study programme. To be accepted as a full degree student you need to apply on equal terms with the rest of the applicants to the first year of the study programme.
The school year starts in August and finishes in June. However, different terms may apply for exchange students.
