We will inform you before we collect your personal data. For example, we collect personal data in the context of registering for courses, seminars and the like. We collect information such as name, address, email address, telephone number.

Note that certain personal information is necessary to collect in order to use the website’s functions. It will be indicated in the appropriate forms whether the submission of personal data is mandatory or optional. If the submission of personal data is mandatory, the field in question will be marked with an asterisk (*). If you choose not to provide the personal data, you may not be able to use the desired function. For example, we need your contact information in order to answer an enquiry from you.

If you submit personal information about anyone other than yourself, we encourage you to first obtain the consent of such persons to release the information.

We collect and use personal data in connection with the functions and purposes described below. We can also process your personal data for other purposes if we are entitled or obliged to do so by law (e.g. in relation to national security).

We collect personal data in connection with registration for courses, seminars and the like. We collect information such as name, address, email address, phone number, birth date, gender, occupation, place of employment and education through registration forms.

Personal information collected through www.ddsks.dk is not disclosed to third parties.

When you use our website, we collect and, in some cases, process your personal information based on your consent, cf. section 2 above.

Be aware that you can always withdraw your consent. This can be done by contacting us (see contact information in section 8 below).

If you request it, we will delete the personal information that we hold about you without undue delay, unless we can continue processing on a different basis, e.g. if processing is necessary to establish a legal claim, or if it is necessary to answer an enquiry from you.

For questions regarding your rights, please provide us with enough information so that we can process your request, including your full name, CPR number, email address and IP address, so we can identify you and respond to your request. We will reply to your enquiry as soon as possible and within one month.
